       Many of the most famous race meetings in the world are held in England - and many of these are the most glamorous race meetings in the world as well. Some of the great classics have their own particular NBA Snapback hats  or fascinators are a must for any well-dressed lady.

 The highlight of the March calendar is the Cheltenham Festival. This is a must for some of the greatest racing in the world. March can still be a bit chilly in England. Even though sometimes there is a hint of spring in the air, it's certainly not too late for a frost or for some heavy rain. Clothes reflect this and so do colours. It's a time of year when slightly darker colours might suit - greens, navies or chocolate browns.

 The Grand National at Aintree is the most famous race in the UK. The weather can be bitter even now in the North of England, so like Cheltenham, the cold needs to be kept at bay. But cold weather doesn't stop the glamour!

 Soon after this, the English Flat Racing season starts in earnest. This racing is fast and furious. Spring is well under way, our weather is getting a little warmer and our outfits can change. Hats and fascinators will be worn for all five of the English Classics. The 2000 Guineas and the 1000 Guineas start the classics at the wonderful Newmarket Racecourse.

 The Oaks and The Derby follow on from Newmarket. These are hosted at Epsom racecourse to the south west of London. Derby Day is smart and a key part of English Society. Ladies Day comes in June here, so the sun should shine - we hope - and fine attire can match fine headgear.

 Ladies Day is the day for 3 year old fillies to be run. This will also see the most unbelievable cheap snapback hats and fascinators. Dress up and be seen is the motto of many.

 However, nothing beats Royal Ascot, a meeting near the Berkshire town, and famous throughout the world. Those in the know come for its racing. Others just come to see and be seen. Royal Ascot rules mean that hats or substantial fascinators are a must. This means a top hat for a gentleman, but for a lady the showier the better.
